One design, every format
For a merchandise programme, the useful question is how many price points one asset can cover. Here it is all of them.
One supplied design can be produced as a fridge magnet, an unframed tile, a disc on a stand, a tassel pendant, a framed piece at several sizes, a table screen or a matched set — in rectangle, square, round, hexagon or fan. Nothing in the process is tooled, so moving a design between formats costs no new mould and no new plate.

The same artwork, five ways
One Canton Tower design in five formats: two framed sizes, a boxed magnet, a bare tile and a magnet in retail packaging.
Nothing was tooled for any of them. Moving between formats changes the size, the frame and the packaging — not the design.
The range
Ordered small to large. Each one has been produced — this is capability, not stock.

Fridge magnet
A small tile with a magnetic sheet across the back, supplied in a display box, in retail packaging or in a small frame. The entry point of a merchandise range, and the format that shows the relief still reads at the smallest size.

Unframed tile
The artwork panel on its own, no frame. Used where a client has their own display, mounts it into a fixture, or wants the lowest-cost format above a magnet.

Disc on a stand
A round panel with a small wooden display stand. Sits on a desk, a shelf or a counter without any wall fixing.

Tassel pendant
A small round panel drilled top and bottom, finished with a knotted cord, beads and a tassel. Produced in matched colourways across a set.

Framed piece
The artwork in a wood or aluminium alloy frame, at any size the design supports. Hangs, stands on a fold-out stand or pin, or both on the same piece.

Table screen
A panel held upright in a wooden table-screen stand — a traditional Chinese desk piece that sits on a desk, shelf or counter without any wall fixing.

Multi-piece set
Several panels supplied together — matched subjects, a size ladder of one design, or a series meant to hang as a group.
Nothing here is tooled
The film is laser cut for the design, and the sandblasting and printing run per piece. There is no mould to pay for and no plate to make, so a design moving from a magnet to a framed set does not restart a tooling cost.
Custom orders start at 100 pieces of one design. Once a design is prepared for production — the laser cut file and the print file — the same design can be made as a magnet, a framed piece or a set without a new mould for each format.
