Buying ceramic OEM from a workshop in China carries real risks, and each has a specific answer here: the legal entity and both addresses are published, a physical sample is approved before any run, and there is no tooling to pay for up front. Terms, freight and inspection arrangements are set per order and stated on the quote.

Five risks, and what answers each

Each risk below has a specific mechanism behind it, and a page where you can check that mechanism rather than take it on trust.

You cannot see the product before committing

A physical sample of your design is made first — sampling takes 5–7 days — and nothing enters production until you have held it and approved it. That sample then becomes the reference the run is checked against. See how sampling works.

Piece 500 will not match the sample

The run is produced against the one approved sample, which stays in the workshop for the order, with registration checked per piece and inspection before packing. See quality and inspection.

Tooling costs you lose if the order goes wrong

There is no mould and no plate. Nothing physical is tooled for your design, so there is no sunk tooling cost at risk before the first piece exists. See what moves a quote.

You are dealing with a trading company, not a maker

The legal entity is PACT (Guangzhou) Industry Co., Ltd., registered in Nansha District, Guangzhou. The workshop is in Nanhai District, Foshan, and we operate it ourselves. Both addresses are published in full on the About page.

Goods arrive damaged with no recourse

The packaging is built around the relief, and there is a clear procedure for damage on arrival: keep the packaging, photograph it, contact us. The resolution will depend on the findings and the terms confirmed for your order. See shipping and damage.

When you should not buy from us

Four situations where this is the wrong route. Better to know now.

You need it in days

Sampling is 5–7 days and production 20–30 days before freight. If the date is next week, a local supplier will serve you better.

You need only a handful of a custom design

Custom orders start at 100 pieces of one design. For a few pieces of your own design, a smaller maker is the better route — though if one of our in-stock Thangka designs fits, those sell singly.

You need an outdoor or wet-area product

Direct shower spray, persistently wet areas and outdoor positions are outside the current range. We would rather say so than take the order — the reasons are set out in can ceramic wall art go in a bathroom.

You need published test certificates now

No certification or test result is published for the finished artwork. If your market requires one before ordering, that has to be arranged first, and it takes time.

Common questions

How do we know you are a real manufacturer?

The legal entity and both addresses are published in full on the About page, so they can be checked against the business registration. We operate the workshop ourselves, and third-party inspection at the workshop is possible if you arrange it.

What are the payment terms?

Terms are agreed per order and stated on the quote rather than published as a blanket policy. Raise what your procurement process requires at enquiry.

Can we visit or send an inspector?

Yes. Tell us early so the visit or inspection fits the production schedule rather than delaying dispatch.

What protects our design?

Please let us know about any confidentiality or sample-use requirements before placing your order so these can be reviewed and agreed in writing. Ownership of anything developed on the ODM route is agreed in the order.
