Made where the ceramics are made
Crafted By Idea is the trading name of PACT (Guangzhou) Industry Co., Ltd.. The company is registered in Nansha District, Guangzhou; the workshop is in Nanhai District, Foshan, inside Foshan's ceramics belt, and we operate it ourselves rather than through a subcontractor. We make ceramic relief artwork on 3, 6 and 9 mm tile.
Two addresses, one company
Crafted By Idea is the trading name of PACT (Guangzhou) Industry Co., Ltd.. The company is registered and run from Nansha District, Guangzhou.
The workshop is somewhere else, and that is worth explaining rather than leaving you to notice. It is in Luocun, Shishan Town, Nanhai District, Foshan — inside Foshan’s ceramics belt rather than near it. We operate it ourselves, not through a subcontractor.
Two addresses on a supplier’s paperwork usually means a trading company in one place buying from a factory in another. Here it means an office and a workshop, and both are published so you can check.
How we work
Four positions, and the first one shapes everything else on this site.
Thickness, weight, minimums and lead times are on this site because they are confirmed. Where a claim would need a test behind it — weathering years, fire class, adhesion grade — we have not run that test on the finished artwork, so it is not here.
Normal indoor dry areas are what the work is made for. Direct shower spray and outdoor positions are outside the current range, and we would rather say so than call ceramic universal because the substrate is fired.
Our relief is built up in layers of UV ink on a sandblasted ceramic surface — not carved, and we do not pretend otherwise. Outlines and detail rise and fall, and the edges catch the light as you move past. A sample in your hand shows it better than any photograph.
We operate the Foshan workshop directly. That is worth stating precisely because two addresses on a company’s paperwork usually means a trading company somewhere buying from a factory somewhere else.

No numbers we cannot show you
You will not find a founding year, a headcount, a project count or a list of countries served on this page, and no certifications or durability ratings anywhere on this site.
Not because none of it exists, but because none of it is evidenced yet — and in a category where every supplier claims fifty-year colour life and a lifetime guarantee, the useful thing we can offer is a page where everything stated can be checked.
As tests are run and records exist, they will appear here with the method and the standard alongside them.

Sampling takes 5–7 days. Tell us the image, the size and where it will hang.
